The GCrypto Executive Dashboard ("the Dashboard") is an internal analytics application operated by GCrypto for the exclusive use of authorized GCrypto personnel. This notice explains what data we process and why.
Who this applies to
Only employees, contractors, and officers of GCrypto with a provisioned account may access the Dashboard. The Dashboard is not a public service and does not collect data from the general public.
What we process
- Account data: your work email address and assigned role.
- Authentication metadata: session tokens, last sign-in time, IP address of the request.
- Usage metadata: pages viewed, filters applied, exports requested — used for security auditing.
How we use it
Account and authentication data are used solely to grant access and to investigate suspected misuse. Aggregated business metrics displayed in the Dashboard come from GCrypto's own operational systems and are confidential.
Retention
Authentication logs are retained for 12 months. Account records are removed within 30 days of role termination.
